New (first time) account access instructions for 403(b) plan

Step 1:  Log onto www.valic.com/rwu 

Step 2:  Mouse over Sign-In tab – under the menu select ‘get started’
Step 3:  Click register
Step 4:  Enter the following info.           

• SSN (without dashes)
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• ZIP code

Step 5:  Create a unique User ID and password; confirm your password; enter your e-mail address.

Step 6:  Select and answer three (3) security questions.

FINAL STEP - Confirmation: clicking submit and a thank you page will confirm that your profile has been created.  Select “sign in” to access your account.
